RETRIEVEX BRAND CREATED BY THE ROSKELLY GROUP

For me, the founder and lead partner of Pioneer Capital, forming and growing our newest company (which required first the acquisition of two long-term and well-respected companies in the national records management industry) has been quite challenging – but enormously rewarding – these past several months. Today, it’s time to take a moment to recognize a major contribution to our effort. This is letter of sincere recommendation, congratulations and enormous thanks for the people who created our new company’s identity and helped us bring this new entity to life.

The name “Retrievex”, the related tag “Your Records Within Reach” and our “Customer First, Quality Foremost” mission statement are, in fact, the creation of The Roskelly Group’s Rip Muhlenhaupt, and the graphics that so beautifully illustrate both the name and its inherent mission were born of the incredible creative and artistic expertise of its founder, Tom Roskelly. These two gentlemen, supported, of course, by their professional staff, are quite an ingenious team and we owe them our gratitude.

When called upon to develop a name, graphic identity, slogan, and initial marketing concepts for this brand new company to be built on future acquisitions of records management firms throughout the country, The Roskelly Group responded with keen agility. In fact, the name was conceived, slogans and rationales composed, domain names and toll-free numbers procured, graphics created and programs presented for our approval in fewer than three weeks.

Although we are well aware that many alternative names, slogans and designs were developed for our consideration by The Roskelly Group, they chose to present only one – the one that, in their professional opinion, hit the mark. Everyone at Pioneer Capital enthusiastically agreed with this recommendation that we knew had been very carefully considered. When we presented these ideas to our investors and our potential acquisition partners, they agreed wholeheartedly.

Over the years, I have found that the selection of a name, the new entity’s mission expression and graphic identity are absolutely critical to the new company’s initial launch as well as its long-term success. I have often relied on Rip Muhlenhaupt’s counsel in these matters and, together, we have not fallen short.

No doubt, The Roskelly Group will be the first ones we turn to when we move on to the next venture. But, today, I am enormously grateful that things are going so very well with Retrievex!
Sincerely,

J. Peter Pierce Chairman, Pioneer Capital, LP and CEO, Retrievex
