One of the award winners, “Save Our Shore,” was a campaign created by several RI-based nonprofit organizations to help promote and pass an important land conservation bill in Rhode Island's 2010 elections. Roskelly created the name and design components, crafting colorful, clear promotional pieces which generated enough buzz and support in the public eye to successfully get the bill passed.

“Tom is one of the heroes of the “Save Our Shore / Vote Yes on 4” campaign to win voter approval of the statewide bond referendum to greatly increase public access to the shores of Narragansett Bay,” says Topher Hamblett, the Director of Policy for RI-based conservation group Save the Bay. “Tom met the challenge of working with four different advocacy groups to develop a strong, compelling message, supported by a logo and promotional materials that carried the day.  He also went above and beyond the call to ensure our message was well-supported via the web.  In the end, Tom was instrumental in the resounding, sixty-five percent voter approval of the referendum. On top of it all, Tom contributed a great, positive attitude and collaborative spirit to the campaign," Hamblett continues.

Says Tom Roskelly, Creative Director for Roskelly Inc.: “We are very proud to consistently win so many awards each year; this is a testimony to our great clients and the consistency of the high-quality level of work that Roskelly continues to deliver year after year. The American Graphic Design and Advertising Awards are an industry standard, and we are honored to be included among the selected group of recipients.”
